crateing an online game from start?

hi i want to crate an online game for everyone to play. i want a game like farmville or mafiawars or anything from the company zynga. i am willing to pay, but if you recommend a free site. your more likely to get best answer.

Alot of those games are created in programs like Adobe Flash CS4, Java, in combination With VisualBasic and PDN (paint.net). You will need some experience with coding and unfortunately its not as easy as it sounds. For example let me give you an example of a single string of java, one game can consist of Tens of thousands of these for even the simplest of games.
